Random finding: New Favorite

At home tonight, I happened upon a show about Alison Krauss that was basically an interview with her from the early aughts interspersed with videos from her various albums.  So I saw "Let Me Touch You For a While" and then the video for "New Favorite", and I think they both feature the same guy.  Am I right?

I think he looks like one of the band members, but isn't one. I could be wrong, though!
